Barnfind: 1990 original Fiat Panda Elettra – Lithium upgrade

  • By ivovandenbrink

One of our clients in The Netherlands found an original Fiat Panda, 100% electric! The two-seat Panda Elettra was introduced in 1990 with an all-electric power-train. Batteries replaced the rear seats and occupied some of the engine bay where the 19 bhp (14 kW) DC motor was also fitted, driving through the normal clutch and gearbox. Our client will not only restore this electric car to full glory, but will also give it a significant DIY conversion upgrade, by replacing the lead acid batteries by some nice lithium Calb cells and a new Elcon charger.

This is what the car looked like in the ’90’s. Nice project for the coming winter months! We’ll keep you posted on

Nice EV conversion: Audi TT

  • By ivovandenbrink

One of our clients in the UK did a really nice job converting an Audi TT, using a Kostov 10″ electric motor and an EVNetcis Soliton 1 controller kit from our Rebbl shop. This man took real care in achieving a high end conversion. Great finishing touch, the batterycase in the backseat of the electric car demonstrates this perfectly.
