Servings: 12 Bites


  • 1 1⁄2 cups walnuts

  • 1 cup dates

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons Maca Mocha

  • 1 teaspoon maca powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • dash of sea salt


  1. Grind walnuts and salt together in a food processor (or blender) until finely ground.I like mine to be a little crumbly to give the balls texture.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients (cocoa powder, dates, Maca Mocha, maca powder and vanilla extract) to the food processor.

  3. Pulse until everything is thoroughly combined.

  4. Add a few more drops of Maca Mocha as needed to help it stick together.

  5. Form the mixture into balls (or any shape of your choice)
